Kraftco Hardware

I have been a Kraftco customer for over 20 years but no more! I bought a battery powered trimmer a couple of weeks ago. To say it was not what I expected would be putting it lightly! I have worn out 3 trimmers so I do know how to use one! ithis one is sorry quality! I tried it out and soon realized I had made a terrible mistake. I went back to Kraftco and they very rudely told me they could not take it back because I had used it! I had thought perhaps it would be worth the few dollars the equipment cost them to please a customer but I was wrong. I left and went to Lowe’s and purchased one that I can return if I am not pleased with it. (Good business!). And by the way, it cost less and I am pleased with it. I will trash the Kraftco one because I cannot donate something this bad!

I've been a customer here for the 35+ I've been in Little Rock. I admit I buy plenty of DIY stuff from the big box stores, but nothing compares to the personalized service you find here. These guys all seem to know how to use everything they sell. Quite a difference.

I just read the comment from the professional female and I’m sorry that that happened but I especially like the response from the younger owner and your offer to try and fix the issue she had. I hope she called you and gave you a chance to fix it. I’ve been in your store several times since buying my house in January and everyone that I’ve encountered has been amazing and haven’t minded answering stupid questions from the first time homeowner keep up the good work guys!

My family and I have been going to Kraftco for over 50 years. They are great resources for information on just about any project you have and they have many of those hard-to-find items too! It is so nice to be able to park at the front door, walk into a smiling face and get guided straight to what you need. You don't find'm this good anymore!
