T.J Possey was very professional and knowledgeable. He was readily available to show us properties and answer our questions. He gave us his honest opinion and knew that he had our best interest at heart. TJ sold 2 houses for us and we bought one house from him. All 3 were such positive experiences. We recommended TJ to a friend who was trying to sell her house and TJ got it sold and she thanked me several times for telling her about TJ. If you want your house sold quickly and to find a new one, TJ will get it done quickly and professionally.

We had a great experience with TJ Posey of River Valley Realty! Everything went very smoothly with the sale of our home and the purchase of a newly constructed home. TJ communicated with the contractor on everything we needed in our new house. He called and sent text messages daily to keep us informed on the progress of our new house. TJ Posey is a very well mannered and professional agent and we really appreciate all he did to help us transition from our home of 28 years to our new home. Brian Boyer is an amazing realtor. We recently worked with Brian to sell our home and purchase a new home. He worked very hard not just finding a buyer, but the right buyer that would love our house. Brian helped walk us through every step of the sale. He spent time getting to know the house and wrote a great summary of the house on the listing. We had a buyer in less than a week. Incidentally, he helped us buy this house years ago and the process went so well, we let him sell it for us. LOL. Before listing our house for sale, Brian helped us find our dream home! He was honest and literally said “don’t buy it unless you love it.” Brian will make sure you are in the house that you want. I would recommend him to any buyer and seller.

Spring/Summer of 2020 was a difficult time to buy a house. Not very many homes on the market and the ones that were typically had offers within a few days of being listed. TJ Posey helped us every step of the way. He understood our needs and didn't hesitate to book showings for us. In the end, we found the right house and for once it didn't have an offer. TJ's help didn't end there. He walked us through every detail until we closed and has stayed in touch since then.nI would recommend RVR and especially TJ to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the Russellville area.
