HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Katy did such an amazing job helping my husband and I find our dream home! We were first home buyers, so we didn't know much about the process. Katy helped us with every detail, which made the process much easier. She also worked around our crazy work schedules and had no problem answering our million questions. My favorite part about her is that it was like working with your best friend. She is so easy to talk to! You can be honest with what you're looking for and how you feel about a house after looking at it and she does her absolute best to find you the right one. We are definitely planning on her help again in the future!

My experience with A Better Way Realty was first class. This was my first home purchase, so coming in to this process was intimidating. Katy Hare who was my realtor, made the process comfortable and more easier than I could have imagined. Katy was really responsive to any calls, texts, or emails of questions I may of had regarding the process of purchasing a house. I felt blessed having Katy as my realtor, who is an awesome person. I 1000% would work with Katy moving forward when I decide to buy/sell again. Definitely would recommend her to all my family and friends.

I worked with Katy Hare when I bought my first home a few years ago. Since it was my first experience I was really scared and nervous. Katy was amazing. She kept me calm and helped me think through things rationally. She is very professional and her knowledge of the area is excellent. She is an expert when it comes to Real Estate. She made the entire process very easy. When I get ready to sell and buy my next home I will be working with her. She has an awesome personality and is fun to work with. I didn't just have a realtor, I had a good friend helping me buy a home.

Katy Hare goes above and beyond to ensure your home buying process be as quick and pain free as it can be. She has a great personality and is easy to get along with. My wife and I were pretty nervous when we were buying our first home, but Katy got us into the house we wanted fast and for a great price! Katy Hare is definitely the best choice for you!

I really enjoyed working with Katy Hare and the team of A Better Way Realty!!! Katy has been my realtor as both a buying and selling agent, and her knowledge of the entire process is so reassuring and comforting. She worked with me through the entire process and had a real “hands-on” approach. I knew that she would take care of me and my family! At the time of my purchase, I was not living in Russellville, and she really went above and beyond by offering to do virtual showings, working around my schedule for in-person showings, getting me contacts for utility set-ups, and additional services at the house. I couldn’t have done it without her! Katy is a real realtor for real people!
