Arby's

There sandwiches have sure shrunk and got thin since the 90's. They used to be way bigger and way better. I've had seriously bad attitude from the drive through girls at this location. Most look like ex meth heads but that's fast food for ya.nnThe manager I talked to about the issue in the drive through was the only nice part. African American guy who understood how the employees shouldn't give eye rolls and walk away as a customer is asking a question.

You can still dine in at the exit 81 location. Food is better than the typical burger joint, with nearly equal pricing!

Went to drive thru after 10pm and had $42 order. The young lady taking our order was so sweet and repeated the order and asked if we wanted sauces. She was extremely sweet at the window as well. We ordered Jamocha shakes which the manager topped with a generous serving of whipped cream then added chocolate drizzle. They were nice enough to feature in commercials! They got our entire order bagged up and sent us on our way thanking us for coming by, wishing us a good night, and asking us to please return. (We were staying at a nearby hotel, we are from Oklahoma) when we got back to our room we were pleasantly surprised to see our entire order. Nothing was missing!! All food was hot & fresh and lots of condiment packets and even plenty of napkins! Best experience and food I've ever had at any Arby's. Highly recommend you visit the dinner crew and ordering a shake is a must!!! Thank you evening crew, you're rockstars!!!
