It's alright

WATCH OUT. 4 out of 5 visits the food has tasted like bad oil. It should never taste like that if it's filtered everyday. It seems to be a second shift problem. It was not always this way. They must have some lazies currently. I would got to the taco bell on Elmira. They are still serving decent food.

I order was fast and correct. The crew was nice and professional. The dinning room was open for placing orders and using restroom. Very clen and convenient.

Was at Taco Bell, 1308 N. Arkansas, Russellville,AR 72801 at 7:19 pm today. Ordered take out for my family. Paid for our order,$45.31.When food was presented at drive up window, I noticed bag was sealed with a sticker. I asked the gentleman handing it to me, was there anything else, he assured me it was all in the bag. Arrived home 5 minutes later and unpacked bag. Pictures will describe the state my purchases were in. Tacos were broken in haphazard wrappers, as if a 2 year old had been given the task! I ordered 2 chips and cheese but were not in the bag. My biggest disappointment was arriving home with nothing that my four year old granddaughter had ordered. This has always been my go to Taco Bell because of the quality of food and service, which has always been excellent until this evening. I tried calling the restraunt but only received a busy signal each time in an hour of trying. Please try to see this through my granddaughter's eyes.

Friendly service fast and they actually get my orders right.. nice and clean well stocked.
