I stayed at this cabin with my brother For 8 days in May of 2020. If you are looking for a place to reboot and refresh your mind this cabin is by far the best of the best. Nancy and Sam are amazing when it comes to taking care of their customers. Down to the smallest detail, they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and peaceful. Kate’s Creek is a short walk behind the cabin where swimming, wading or skipping rocks are just a few of the activities to occupy your time in this extremely peaceful location. They even have a kayak you can use to navigate Kate’s creek.nIf I could give more than 5 stars I would. My experience during the 8 days I stayed in this cabin convinced me to return with my wife and two boys for our next vacation. I could continue to wax eloquent about this beautiful place, but it would be a super long review. So I’ll just finish by saying Nancy and Sam, thank you so very much for greatly exceeding my expectations and providing such an amazing place to stay. You have more than earned 5 stars and a repeat customer with all the detailed work and love you’ve put into Kate’s Creek Meadow Cabin.

The cabin is awesome and in a one of the best locations. Everything was perfect, everything you could possibly need is in the cabin and it's so cozy! It rained the two days we stayed and that was ok the rain on the metal roof was great and to sit out on the deck at night and listen to the rain was a treat. We loved hiking around the area and the creek in the woods is a nice treat, bet it's awesome in the summer time.nThanks Nancy for making it suck a special place to retreat to. We hope to be back in the spring or early summer.nJD & Jamie

Fantastic getaway place for couples or family. Nancy is a great host and goes above and beyond. Be sure and let her know if you are on motorcycle and short on storage to get basic grocery service. She has fresh eggs too, be sure and get some. Hope to make it back with the whole family, furbabies included.
