Was not happy with the cleaning. Did a poor job, don't think i will be going back

I love this place

Great car wash! If youre lucky enough to have a good visit! First visit, paid for max Wash but no water/soap was dispensed and then the brushes swept across my car and got hung on top of my car leaving CRITICAL scratches EVERYWHERE!!! Second visit, inserted money for the max wash, and while we were waiting to receive our change, the car wash went ahead and started spraying which only last 2 seconds. No joke. Got our change, pulled up and that was the end of the wash!! Third visit, inserted money for the max wash, once again, and pulled up. Not a single thing happened and the system started beeping telling us the Wash has been completed and to drive off slowly. We are very disappointed in how this car Wash has slowly declined in its amazing service!! Especially, in the customer service aspect. My fiance and I have called and called leaving multiple voicemails. Left call back numbers, still haven't heard a single word from all three incidents. We would greatly appreciate refunds in a fast timely manner. We live out of town but visit regularly and always stop at this car Wash. If we do not get either a phone call or even an email VERY SOON theN just remember, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.nnTHANK YOU!
