My mom's a regular customer. She says this is the best place she has ever used. Her hair always looks outstanding. 5 Stars!

Love this salon. Nancy and Dora were very helpful, and Margie listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. Did not get to meet Carol as she was busy with a client. Would definitely recommend.

Wish I could leave zero stars. . I called for two days to no avail. I finally decided to just stop by. Saw that they were open and called but still no one answered the phone. the lady who was there was incredibly rude. She asked what I wanted. Of course I said to make an appt. she asked with who and I told her I just moved here so with anyone. She told me to leave and come back tomorrow when there are more stylists . I asked if I could just make an appt. she said no........what????? I get that you can’t make an appt for another stylist but there is definitely a nicer way to act. I told her I would just find another place. A little customer service goes a long way!!!

Great place to have a haircut, style and or shampoo. Good people with talent here ! Unfortunately Google can't seem to get their name right. It's Carol's Hair and Nail Salon. It hasn't been Carol and Nellie's Hair Center for over 20 years !

Carol's salon has provided hair care for me for many years and I could not be more pleased. She and her beauticians as well as the nail technician/artist provide a relaxing environment to be pampered and you KNOW you look GOOD when you leave.
