My wife and I worked with Shawna to purchase a house that's been unoccupied for a while from an estate during the COVID-19 lock downs. This is not something I would recommend doing. But, Shawna had our backs the whole time and went to bat for us a few times with the lender and title to make our transaction happen. We're very happy with our purchase and appreciate all the help Shawna gave during the process.

I can't say enough possitive things about my experience with Shawna and the RE/MAX Real Estate Team in La Grande. I needed to find a house but I really didn't think I would be able to find one that would fit my needs that I could afford. To my great surprise within the second group of houses Shawna had me in the house of my dreams. She worked diligently to make sure that I had not only what I needed but what I wanted in the deal to purchase the house. It was a truly amazing experience and I can't recommend them enough. They are great here. They helped us find a house that was exactly what we wanted. We were being a bit picky, but that didn't slow them down. I keep hearing story after story about how thorough they are. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best real estate office in the county.
