I am only submitting a star because it requires you to do so in order to post a review. In reality, I would not even recommend this old hovel hustler or his shady outfit to someone I didnt like. Robert Craig is a consumate snowball artist & an absentee slumlord at best. He is deliberately slow in addressing repairs and takes full advantage of the state of Arkansas' draconian laws regarding rental property. He also refuses to shake anyones hand. So does his wife. This attitude is reflected in his business practices. Be warned.
