ProClean was called for flood extraction. The drying fans were left inside my home for 3 weeks and when the fans were picked up, ProClean STOLE MY FAN ($275). Now they are denying everything and acting like they don't know anything. Unfortunately I would not recommend doing business with them as they are DISHONEST, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, and THIEVES! Do not used them- they will steal!!!!!!
We had water damage from the AC unit in our Attic. The Insurance company Liberty Mutual called Pro Clean out to our house a few days. Pro Clean didnt show up on time and the next day Mike came back to our house and said it was too hot to work in the attic and he would return the next day at 9:00. He showed up at 10:30. The water went through the ceiling and down the wall. Mike says that the drywall doesnt need to be removed. We have called another water damage company to come out.
This company is awesome. They show up in a timely manner if it's an emergency! Very professional staff. And they are very very reasonably priced!
