Been trying to get a agent to show me a property for two weeks the lady in the office isn’t doing her job properly she keeps putting me off and on hold..

Do not deserve even a star. All of these reviews are accurate. Incredibly rude, unnecessary paper work, and we were treated like we were being an inconvenience. At the end of the day I am trying to spend my hard earned money with your business. I will never spend a cent with you and will discourage anyone I know to do the same regardless of how desperate they are for a place like I was. Fisher and Goff are so much nicer and respectful. Garbage. Grow up and treat people like human beings.

Eoff Realty and Mini Storage seemed to be owned by the same people!nnMy mother is 74 years old and one of the nicest people I know and was treated so disrespectful by Eoff Realty! She is retired and wanted to rent and apartment on Kamak. She is currently out of state taking care of me, her daughter, after having 2 surgeries.nnShe was sent the online application and authorization form for a background check via email to fill out. I helped her and then used e-signature to sign per the instructions and submitted.nnToday she was told she was denied because she wasn't there to sign the forms in person! My sister had even dropped off the money the day before to pay the fee to run everything - why would she need to pay anything if she was going to be denied because she was not there in person. In essence they stole $40 from my mother if they knew she would be denied by not being there in person to sign forms!!nnIn addition, she talked to the woman in the office (she believes her name is Cathy) once today and once yesterday by phone. Today my mother was told she was harassing her by calling – once!!! My mom tried to explain she just wanted an update, and the women rudely told her she was not there to sign the papers so she was denied.nnMy mom told her she was just trying to understand why she paid money if she would be denied and could have come in person had she known. The woman was so disrespectful that my mom finally told her she was being rude and hung up.nnI am so thankful my mother is not renting from a place that treats people like this!!! We definitely dodged a bullet.

Well it’s like this I drive from East End looking for a place to live as Debra the lady in the office was very kind the lady that showed me property Kathy was not so kind and your properties need to be updated as $550 for a place to live with torn mini blinds to be told they would not be replaced was the number one problem so if that tells you anything about this place it pretty much sucks

Horrible experience! Unnecessary paper work. That they have no business needing like my social security card and birth certificate too! Never helpfuly. We worked for 3 weeks and where turned down for not giving them my sos card
