Awesome store. Great quick service. Never need to go anywhere else
Customer service was lacking. Hoping for expertise, found knowledge less then mine. Good selection of goods.
First visit to the new store. Found 1 expensive item I needed. I explained that I had several other pricey tools I planned to purchase for a project. I showed prices from several other stores for just the 1 expensive item and asked if they could match that price or if they could do any discount on price.nThe rude response was NO! Absolutely not! And then the fat bald man turned away and began working on his computer. Sources tell me he may have been the owner but uncertain. My requested discount would have totaled 5% after purchasing everything on my list. I could have respected them being unable to offer a discount but the horrible disregard for customer service was a deal breaker! Was my first visit and my last!! Apparently the new store is making plenty of $$ and doesn't need local business.nI've since taken my business elsewhere and found a store that exceeded my expectations. There are great local businesses that appreciate their customers. Millers is NOT one!!
My family and I have had such poor service the last three times we have been there! The staff is not very knowledgeable about their products! The staff at the check out seemed very lazy in ringing us up! It seems as though they really don't care if you are there, or if you find what you're looking for!
Well, what's not to like about a locally owned Home Center Giving the big box stores a run for there money.! Great service and services!
