Lonoke County Museum

Wonderful museum, we stopped in on whim and it was absolutely worth it. I'm interested in the history of both world wars and there were plenty of other interesting things to see. Full of local history!

This is a wonderful place to research your family history from lonoke co. The lady that runs this museum really knows her stuff. She has put so much time into this place. Thank you so much for everything you do. It means so much to me and so many more people to come. I'll be back with family photos of my grandma's three sets of twins soon!!!

I attended a historical account of a feud between the Eagles and the Booes. After the lecture of this, than people in period dress spoke of some of the dignitaries of this small town, which included governors senators, Representatives, etc. It was quite interesting.

Love the history & everything has been donated by members of the community.

It's a great place for local history plus war exhibits. They also have a genology center that can help you research your ancestry for donations.
