Your order will never be right. I don’t know why I keep going back. Your order will either be totally wrong, missing items completely, or your meal will be missing ingredients. Today my power bowl consisted of just chicken lettuce and sour cream. No rice. No beans. No pico. It was never mentioned. I noticed when I got home.

Went thru drive thru ordered 3 tacos, drink, 5 layer burrito.nRecieved no straw, no napkins, no receipt, two tacos were crushed, and the 5 layer burrito was made with lettuce and pico inside it. Drink was incorrect too. Knew i should have went elsewhere after waiting 15 minutes just to order. Wish i knew how to get my money back.

Went through the drive through. Main lobby was closed no other customers. Waited to the point I thought they night be closed when someone mumbled kfc taco bell, I think. I make my order. No acknowledgment. I wait. .nI wait!!nAfter it is apparent no one is going to acknowledge my order. I drive to the window. Nobody. You can't even see anyone inside anywhere.nI wait. I waitnI guy wearing a red shirt comes in and see me. He comes to window and ask if anyone has taken my order. I tell him I have no idea and what happened.nHe acknowledges me goes out the door he came in like he is looking for someone. He comes back in same door shortly and goes the back.nI wait. I wait.nAfter a while a female enters the doors looks directly at me and goes to the back.nI wait, well you know the drill. I get tired of waiting and become concerned about the quality of my meal assuming I have actually ordered and it is prepared before closing time and drive off.nThe franchise has had issues in the past. I believe even closed by the health department. So I can't tell you if kfc/taco bell has overall abysmal service or if the Lonoke franchise is completely incompetent. No matter I will not be returning.nPs the grill is broken if you want any taco bell grilled items.

Decent tasting food just not as large a portion as it used to be. Burritos have gotten smaller over the years.
