Regina Thompson was our Relator. We had the most wonderful experience! She made house hunting fun! We could call her any time of the day and she was completely available to us and our needs. She still leaves us little goodies on holidays! We will use her the next time we buy and sell!

so we’re Military and we’re moving......so many of you can relate. There’s loads of stress that goes along with that but there is one thing I do not have to worry about. And it’s a big one. I just have to tell you how at peace I feel leaving our 5 Rental Properties here in the outstanding care of RE/MAX Real Estate Connection in Cabot. They have managed our properties since we invested and we have been so extremely happy with them. We don’t have to do anything, literally nothing, except receive a direct deposit of rent every month. So if you’re having to PCS and you’re upside down in your home but scared of renting, you can trust RE/MAX will take care of your home and keep it rented.

We rented out our home through Remax for the past 5 years before finally moving back in. Andy and the team at Remax took excellent care of our home and we came back to a home in great shape. We rented a house through Remax. We painted the entire kitchen and hallway upon moving in. We lived in the house for about six months. I had the carpets professionally cleaned and the house was also cleaned before moving out. When I got my deposit back, I had been charged $285 for maintenance work, replacing drains, blinds, and wall holes, all of which were in that condition upon receiving the keys. Early into moving I had emailed the agent helping me about the condition of certain items in the house and was told these discrepancies weren’t considered damage but just regular wear and tear. I left the home in better condition and cleanliness than I received it. I emailed the agency several times after moving out asking for a status on the deposit refund. It was never communicated to me in any of those emails that I would be responsible for maintenance costs for damages I did not create, and in my opinion, the lack of communication from the agency was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Great management company that has taken care of my rental property for the past 4 years! Re/Max is always ahead of the ball when issues arise and handles the problem with the utmost professionalism.
