I have known the owners Rhonda and Wendell for about 7 years now. We first met when I moved to the area and rented a home that they managed. They were easy to rent from and over time they helped us purchase our first home. Over the years they have helped us grow our rental property portfolio, they've helped us buy and sell homes, and they've managed our rental properties. Wendell and Rhonda try to always do the right thing and treat people the right way. We have bought and sold three properties using the services of Arkansas Homes and Land Realty. Rhonda Gibson is very knowledgeable and professional. She guided us through the selling of our house as well as the purchase of the new property and did so with the highest integrity. After the purchase of new properties she has remained in contact with us to make sure we did not have any problems. We know we can trust Rhonda and her company to always do a great job and will continue to use Arkansas Homes and Land Realty in the future.

Advertised to have a very motivated seller who wasn't motivated at all. Complete waste of time. Neighbor confirmed with pictures of land flooding but realtor continued to insist it doesn't. I understand realty is a business but honesty and integrity goes a long way! Buyers Beware!
