Always great service, never any issues and they do a really great job of dry cleaning.
Asked for custom drapes to be dry cleaned. We were charged $20 per panel. When we picked up the panels, they were faded and the print ran. One employee said they were washed. Owner said they were dry cleaned. When I asked the owner, he said that happens with drapes. I would have appreciated the warning in advance. I could have saved my $1,400 drapes. Owner did not even offer to refund my $40 charge. Very dissatisfied customer here. What an expensive lesson.
Unreliable. Do not rely on them to get things done in time. Was told today that the company did not feel like picking up clothes because only 3 people dropped off clothing...so now I have 2 dress shirts and 2 suits that are all wrinkles for a wedding this weekend. Awesome, thank for running a top notch business. Avoid if you can!
