Bed Bath & Beyond

Did a pickup order, arrived to the store. Called to let them know I arrived and they proceeded to help the next three people after myself. It took the staff over 10 minutes to bring out my order. Why? I then had to educate the employee not to to say phrases like "thank you for waiting". How sad when the customer has to educate employees on customer service.

A decent enough location. You can spot it if you're headed south on San Mateo towards the freeway just past Menaul. It's nestled in a lot just off Prospect. The store runs itself, it's clean and organized. Health and safety is prioritized. If you know what you want, finding it is not a chore. Because of the free-spirited nature of the store however, there is a lackadaisical quality to the customer service. Each time I go, the security guard is always flirting with the cashier. The purchase is hastily executed but there is no enthusiasm for the human transaction. A decent enough place to shop. For the moment, should you choose this location and find yourself in need of help, you might not find it. The store: 8/10 Customer service: 4/10 Overall: Get in-Get out

Bed Bath & Beyond is doing an exceptional job keeping their customers safe at this location. They have a security guard posted at the front door to make sure all customers are wearing masks. You see staff clean after each customer as well. I felt very safe shopping there today. Their stock is a little low right now but they are clearly working to get re-stocked. One thing they do have right now is disinfectant wipes with 99% germ killing formula. They are by the register and only$2.99 a pack. They also carry Fresh Wave lavender spray and it is heavenly!

Curbside pickup is great. Got a new humidifier and saved $20.00 using their classic 20% off coupon. 👍🏼✨
