Subway

I purchased a foot long italian herb and cheese with turkey and pepper jack not toasted with olives pickles lettuce onion and banana peppers with mustard and salt. My sandwich was oddly white and mushy but I figured I was being over dramatic and continued to eat it despite olives and pickled tasting rotten and onions being dried out, 8 hours later I am stuck in the bathroom and have not left for 5 hours. For $10 I shouldn’t be sick to the point of not being able to walk. Not sure what’s wrong with this subway location but do not go.

Extremely, unclean bathrooms, NO DIAPER CHANGING table. New mommy found a table not in use for customers out of desperation for 4mth old. Person in charge (older lady, not manager, just shift supervisor) proceeded to be EXTREMELY RUDE, instead of politely explaining how the table simply still cannot be used even with a pad. Emotional brand new mom, understood, but was treated way to poorly with improper tone and lack of customer service skills. This whole family has provided service to fast food and none of us ever overly corrected customers using hateful tones or made statements to retort, like, 'That isn't my problem'. Furious with the lack of today's ability to provide the general public good services, let alone a proper demeanor. People be acting and talking to people like they are trolls online. Disgusted with this. Called this in and spoke with that lady, she takes no accountability. Calling higher next.

By far the best Subway store we have been to in a long time! Debbie was great and the sandwiches were full! They did not skimp on any meat or toppings. Too bad all Subway stores are not like the one in Stanfield!

The manager Ms. Gracie was very friendly and attentive. Sandwiches were delicious and freshly made. Thank you for the great food and service. We will return ud83dude0a
