If I could have given home and land professionals 0 Stars I would. My husband and I are first time home buyers. We had had our eye on a piece of property in Mora New Mexico for about 2 years. It was marked at 1.78 Acres for 27000 dollars. For a year or so Yvette and I would talk about the property and off and in the last two months we finally had the credit score to apply for a mortgage. We got approved. Yvette Arellanes was our agent. Weeks went by and it was getting harder and harder to get a hold of her. When the day came that she had to send the paperwork to the mortgage company she said she would be on it that. It never happened. I started doing my own research and found out that the land that had been posted for 2 years was not only not for sale anymore but had issues. She knew that the neighbor to the property was not giving an easement to put light. So putting a mobile home would be impossible. I also found out that multiple people in Mora attempted to buy that of property and ran into the same issue. She intentionally tried to sell land that she knew was not going to be able to be developed was not even for sale! Thank God no money ever transferred hands. This was the most stressful experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I also found out a friend of mine was not so lucky. They lost on about $11,000 with Yvette. They Eventually closed deal had to close with her partner because they refused to work with her. Do your research.
