Had to have me some roast beef! Order was correct and everything moved along pretty quickly in the drive thru. Good job!

The night time window service is so terrible I don't think I'll ever order there again. After all that I went through just to get a plain sandwich that I order all the time in the day there they decide to tell me that they thought that it was a bright idea to assume that I wanted to order a regular slice of cheese to my sandwich that you would only put on a market fresh sandwich and that was after giving me the wrong order in the first place with everything I was allergic too. Superior had the worse attitude I have ever seen. Children playing on the clock and the line was super long. Sad as hell!

My fiancé and I drove into this Arby it’s was around 9:45pm we literally were the only car in the drive thru. The girl over the intercom says we have to wait 6mins. We wait patiently only to have our order wrong. How is it we were the only people in line and our order is still wrong after we waited 6mins! I wish people valued other’s time more!
