Great people and equally great service.
This started off as a good cleaners for same day pickup. Then on last week I picked my clothes up with red stains on my dresses (only worn once with a dirt spot on the bottom of my maxi dress and deodorant stain) and dress shirts (only worn once). I complained to the lady at the counter about the red stains on my dress shirts. She said she would send them back but I had to wait until Monday because they don't process clothes on Saturday. I came back this week and there were more stains on my dress. The owner refused to give me my money back.nThis place is very unprofessional and doesn't have food customer service.nnIf you have been in business for over 31 years, as an owner you should of compensated me for my dress. I put over 20 pieces of clothing and 4 of them were stayed. If I was trying to get money from him I would of complained about all of them.nnIf you want to keep you new items don't put them in the cleaners here.
