Working with David is probably the best experience I've had with a Realtor. Understands what you're looking for. Great with communication and super responsive (day, night, weekend). Negotiation skills on point. Will trailer a Polaris to property to ensure he can give you a proper tour and just as easily handles the technical side with contracts, docusign, etc. Pretty much knows anything there is to know about the state of Arkansas. Goes the extra mile to assist with other items you might need help with just as getting utilities set up, etc. etc. I was continually impressed throughout the entire process of the home we just purchased and would work with David again in a heartbeat.

We received exceptional service and advice from Mr. Sharp when we sold our 50 acre North Arkansas property. His 38+ years in Real Estate here gives him the knowledge and contacts for suitable advertising, setting of price, photographic detail, and a trouble-free closing. Because of how he marketed the property the Buyer is well suited to continue stewardship of the very beautiful Moccasin Creek property. Other side issues such as selling farm equipment were also well advised by him. Well done David!
