This is a Realty Company. They own several apartments here in Batesville, Ar. They also sell homes to fit every budget. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Professional and friendly. They have been in business in this area for many years, they have a great reputation. I lived in one of their apartments for 2 years. It was well-maintained, bug free, and quiet! If I ever move back to Batesville, I will definitely be giving them a call.. Joey Markowski and his team are awesome! I highly recommend Rich Realty if you are looking to move to Batesville, Ar. Pay no attention to the negative reviews, you will always have a disgruntled tenant who can never be satisfied.
