Well, aside from finding a hair in my Chalupa, they are rude and they are literally the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. If they have 4 people in line then be prepared to wait an hour. I'd give negative 10 stars if I could. Definitely needs some new management.

This Taco Bell started out pretty good couple years ago. Now, it's awful he! The order is never right, they skimp on the food, and the attitude of these employees is horrible. I told them what was ordered online, showed them my phone, and they talked down to me when trying to get it corrected. Taco Bell here was previously one of my favorites in Batesville. For the price, you can eat at one of several Mexican food restaurants in town without getting frustrated and get what you pay for. Do not recommend this Taco Bell! I would hVe given it zero stars, but no option for that

Waited inside to pick up an online order and no one ever came to the counter to wait on me. Was made eye contact with at least ,eight times. There were three other people in line. Ended up going through drive up. The young man on the speaker was very unprofessional. Not enough staff to operate the restaurant. The young man at the drive up window was really polite and we'll mannered.

Sometimes great, sometimes not good at all. They also seem to run out of beef more often than I’ve seen in other Taco Bell’s.

Found yellowed toenail clippings in my chalupa. 1 Star didn’t like the service. Other than that the lighting there was very nice like the atmosphere. However there was a Santa begging for money in the parking lot, I kind of ran him over so the issue is resolved.
