I was headed over the snowy pass. Their was a snow plow that was stuck in a ditch and was in my lane., which I wound up hitting. A Tillamook county police had witnessed the whole event. He got the plow out and sent it along its way. I told him I needed the drivers name and phone number. The officer told me he would be back. He never returned. I asked the officer for his name as he was a witness. He told me his name would be at the bottom of his police report, which took him 10x longer to just tell me his name. He told me if I wanted the plow drivers info, that that would be on the report too. Lucky he had his name on his shirt, so I do know to ask for officer Griffith. Officer Griffith was helpful to me and the other 20 or so stranded motorists, including shoveling gravel, pushing cars, and dealing with ❄ mayham.
Always grateful to see our Police Officers patrolling to keep our city safe. THANK YOU ALL!
This place falsly arrests people. Steer clear!
This department is one you dont want to deal with. Traps, harassment, and wrongful arrests. Stay in school kids! And stay out of Tillamook!
