They couldn't sell my in-laws house for a year. My husband and I live close by and we asked (in person) for the realtor to let us know if anything needed to be worked on or taken care of in or out of the house. Never got a phone call to take care of anything. We went by one day and the floors were dirty, one shower curtain had fallan down, there was no toilet paper or hand soap for guest to use when looking at the house. A phone call would have been nice so we could have taken care of those things. My in-laws got a new realtor and the house was sold in 4 months.

Put an offer in on a house they were selling, no response at ALL. It's like they don't care.
