I went to the store to get my dog his food the other night and I wasn't aware that they were closing early and I got there and started to go in and a young man in the parking lot told me they were closed and I said oh no my dog doesn’t have any food and I don’t know where to go to get his kind of food and he was so nice and opened up the store and went in and got me the dog food and told me I could come back tomorrow and pay for it. I was so thankful for him!! Just wanted to let y’all know what a nice young man they have at there store. The lady said his name is Joey so Joey if you read this I really appreciate what you did for me that night! Still good young people in this world ♥ufe0f

Employees are friendly and helpful..people in Malvern are just a little nicer and try to make your day better. I enjoy seeing them every week. Plus store is clean and organized.

I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I called 2 times and asked when and if they’d have chickens. Was told 8 AM sharp, drove ALL THE WAY to Malvern to get these chickens only to be told by the same manager I spoke with twice over the phone that she didn’t know when they’d arrive..... that would have been nice to know the first 2 phone calls. As A manager you could accept some responsibility for this, instead you had an attitude with a paying customer who was upset after literally calling 2 times.
