This is a terrific property. I really appreciated all the thought and attention to detail that was put into this cabin. Especially during covid times, it was great knowing the cabin was thoroughly clean.nThe furnishing/amenities are top notch from the comfortable bedding, appliances & jacuzzi. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but it was only short drive into Lake Hamilton & downtown Hot Springs. The hosts Art and Karen are terrific - definitely really cared about making sure we had a wonderful stay. They answered all my questions prior to my arrival, making my planning so much easier.nI would definitely recommend renting from Knotty and Nice Cabins!

Me and my friend went to celebrate our birthday and it was a perfect place to just get away. The owner was very nice and let us know all we needed to know. Everything was clean, it had a jacuzzi, hot tub and standing shower. It had everything we needed for us to cook what we brought. They even told us about a unknown small waterfall on our way out. Next time I definitely would like to go hiking sense this time I wasn't able to.

My wife and I went there for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Mr Art was awesome not to over bearing but always making sure we had what we needed. The hike is very hard but a blast. The rooms where very beautiful. Couldn't ask for more we will be returning!! Thank you Mr. Art.

The owner Art is rude and just started our stay in a bad place with his demeanor.. We always check out our cabin in case we need to request a upgrade or a bigger cabin he took it as an insult. The over cliff does not look awesome on the outside but besides the few insects that wanted to join us in bed the inside of it is amazing. He did stress that we needed to not smoke , clean the bbq pit and load the dishwasher. I'm shore he was pleased with the way we left it. If we had not started on a bad not I think we probably would have spent more time there instead of driving up and down hwy 7. I must say I would still recommend it to those who want peace and quiet because even tho they are right off busy 7 you nature tune out the sounds of those engines. PLEASE Mr. Art give better customer service or service without being sarcastic and your cabin service will do better and better I think.

Cabin was awesome and owners were great hosts, Not far from town, Only thing I would recommend to owners is to install WI-FI on premises for guests other then that would return again
Similar place
