Joe Wilson was honest and professional. He promoted the sale of our house effectively and achieved the high side of his estimate. The house had been listed with four different agencies without results. I am pleased with Wilson and his staff and would recommend them.

on 10/1 there was an auction closing for property at Heber Springs. We set up an account and bid several times. As auctions closed we'd lost out on a couple of items but had won two that we'd hoped to come get the next day. Well 30 minutes after it closed, they email that they had a system glitch and the things we won, were reopened with hours added! That is bad. You don't close an auction item then reopen it after everyone has won and planned to come get it. Now the one item I wanted and WON is $40 higher.
