The place has been great. Quiet little area that doesn’t see a whole bunch of traffic. Buildings are newer and clean. The staff is friendly and on top of any fixes that I’ve needed. Would definitely recommend.

I have lived at Chapel Ridge for 5+ years. No major problems for me. The staff is great. Maintenance issues have always been addressed immediately. I have not had any issues with any residents. I pretty much mind my own business! Living in an apartment, you will have to keep in mind that you have close neighbors and a shared respect for each other's privacy. Staff is there to reinforce that this is a safe environment for everyone.

Beautiful Apartments! Nice closets. I love my master bath, it's easy to get to things in my wheelchair. I like the floor plan and my beautiful hardwood floors. It's a nice place to live. Kim is a precious person. She goes above and beyond to see that her residents are taken care of.

Beautiful apartments! Great place to live professional management and fast Mantinace. I’ve lived here on and off for 8 years and I couldn’t tell u a better place I’d rather live or nicer people I could rent from.

Terrible management the apartments are full of drugs, multiple apartments are infested with bed bugs and the management is rude and has not done anything for months of the on going issues.nnThey will not speak to you Professionaly as they get upset and raise their voices ending up yelling at you. This may be affordable pricing apartments however comes with a major headache.
