We booked Stoneridge condo 506 through Hamilton Shores Realty. They were pleasant to work with and the check in and out process was easy. I spoke with them on the phone about a blow up mattress and they had one in the condo when we arrived. The mattress didn't work and when we went to tell them they were more than happy to replace it. No problems at all with booking through them. The condo was exactly as pictured.

The agent I spoke with at first was friendly, helpful, and a joy to do to business with. However, when I followed up with another agent/owner he was unfriendly from the get go and unwilling to negotiate in anyway. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone in the area, as there are plenty of others in town offering a significantly higher level of customer service.
