The 5-hour drive to Hot Springs was too much on my body (from an old wreck), so my spa get-away spa weekend was turning into a nightmare of pain! The answer? A Thai-fusion massage! The lady at the check in listened & knew just what to refer. The massage therapist, Angie, was wonderful! I am so thankful we found THAI-ME SPA!!! We highly recommend this spa!
I am beyond disappointed in the treatment I received at your spa. I requested an orthopedic massage, but received an orthopedic physical therapy session instead. My session included muscle manipulation, pulling, stretching, and the use of TENS and EMS units. I was not able to relax and expected more massaging than stretching and pulling. I let my therapist know several times the pressure was too much and the pulling hurt. I am in more pain now than when I arrived at your facility.nnI didn't come on vacation to Hot Springs to receive physical therapy sessiin but to experience a wonderful relaxing massage. Unfortunately that did not happen. When reviewing your services offered online, I selected this because I wanted to make sure my therapist was familiar with various injuries so that I would be less likely to get hurt and be able to relax and enjoy my massage more. Again, this did not happen and what was advertised verses what was given was very misleading and unacceptable.
