I'm very happy with this company. I was out of town but was able to provide access to my water heater after it began to leak (alarm water sensor alerted me). Within 3 or 4 hours of calling, they had the unit replaced and also found an issue with a valve affecting my water pressure. Excellent service and communication from Tommy (the technician) and those monitoring the phones!
Chris Robinson was our technician. He was amazing! On time, professional, knowledgeable, and a true kind human. He efficiently evaluated our situation and gave us several options. We need more people like Chris in this world!
We had a serious plumbing problem with water backing up from our toilet into the shower. Ben Franklin was able to get right out to our house right away. Casey was super professional and very knowledgeable about plumbing in general. He did a great job! I recently found a leak in a pressure water line under the house atn4 PM and called Ben Franklin Plumbing. They indicated they would be there within a two hour call out. They arrived in one hour.nand the repair was completed by 8 PM.nThe gentleman who did the repair was pleasant and the repair wasnexcellent. The gentleman also found I had a drain line leaking from the kitchen and made arrangements to come back and repair that line. I thought the cost for the repairs was was worth every cent paid.
