Meyer Robert Plumbing

We had a nasty mess under the house from sewer line clogs and pipes that had fallen away from two toilets. Robert Meyer was recommended to us. We called and they sent Jimmy and Larry who made it right and damned fast.nnI’ve never seen a plumber so focused, hardworking and determined as Jimmy aka James Pennick. I’ve never seen two people work in such nasty muck and keep their great attitudes and sense of humor.nnThe price was very fair and work was great. They’ve won our highest recommendation and much gratitude.

I really want to thank Robert for his help.nHe helped me trouble shoot a problem with my well.nHe could have charged me a diagnosis fee but took the time to teach me how to determine the problem.

Would give less than one star if possible . This company is currently redoing the plumbing in my rent house. They Plumbers are messy leaving their styrofoam cups and tools/ equipment all over my yard. They create a dusty mess in my house daily and do not ever clean up behind themselves. Also I have had a giant hole in my bathroom exposing the ground underneath the home. It has been like that for at least 3? Days now. Out of 3 bathrooms in this house I have to pack my children up to use the bathroom and the gas station. and they have been working for WEEKS.

I have found my plumber! My family used to use another plumbing business here in hot springs that unfortunately is no longer in business. It's scary stuff trying to find an honest person (in any trade) to feel good about giving your business too. After no longer having a go-to plumber, we started the search for a new one after having several septic tank issues. The absolute first thing that stood out about these guys was (Meyer plumbing was the 4th plumber we called) that they came out the same day to assess the situation and give us an estimate. The three others we called before this all wanted money to roll a truck out to our house to give the estimates, and the earliest of the the three couldn't schedule an appointment for a week!! We literally had sewage in our backyard and we have five kids, this was not acceptable, we needed it fixed and fixed fast. So I was in awe when the receptionist said someone will be out within the hour. Mr. Meyer came out and was very thorough with what he thought had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Unfortunately he did tell us this wasn't going to be a cheap fix but reassured us several times that he was only going to fix what needed to be fixed once he dug everything up and got a real look at what all was going on. He gave us estimates for what he thought needed to be done (which thank God it turned out to be) and an absolute worst case scenario estimate (replacing the whole septic system). My wife and I talked and we felt comfortable that we had found a plumber we could trust so we gave him the green light that next day (which was a Friday). He said he would be here Monday morning and that he estimates the job would be done in a week. Well, he broke ground Monday and finished by that Wednesday! He could have drug that out and billed us for a week of labor but he finished ahead of schedule. We couldn't have been more pleased, and the whole time he was working on our system he kept us up-to-date on everything! He made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and where my money was going (this wasn't a cheap job and had the potential get real expensive real quick) so I felt very comfortable that we were not getting ripped off. In all, this man is a honest, hard working, man of his trade, and we couldn't be happier saying that we found our new plumber from here on out!!! That's our review and I hope it helps someone else trying to find an honest plumbing company here local in hot springs. Thanks!
