When we call him he gave the problem over the phone and we did what he said order the part and he put it on and a week later it stop working so we called him and he would answer or respond we heard from a friend we need to get our money together.but we got a relaible plumber and he was straight up with us and told us we need a new one so we spent money we didn't have to spend if he would have been up front and not to milk for money.
