Fast and effective. The best service around!
I haven't used Jarrell in several years so I thought I would read the reviews before calling. Wow I said what has happened.? Saw some really negative stuff written. Well I called them anyway based on my past experience with them and I can tell what has changed . Nothing thatnI could tell. They were punctual, professional and the bill was very fair. We had new counter tops installed and went from double sink to single. . Was no problem for them . Will call again when a have a plumbing need.
I used Jarrell Plumbing for the past 15 years at 3 houses with never an issue until recently. Their plumber came to my home to extend a water pipe to the edge of my deck. Instead of doing what I ask, he moved a faucet and a shutoff valve to a location under my home complete inaccessible to me and they billed me for almost $400.00. I paid the bill because they assured me they would return and correct it. After months and several calls, they returned and moved the valve closer to an access point but never did the original work I ask for. To my shock they billed me for another $386.00. I will never use Jarrell plumbing again.
Fabulous Plumbing contractor!!! Before I found Jarrell Plumbing I had to fire three different plumbing companies in Hot Springs! The have a large very professional staff of HONEST tradesman that can fix or build any project on time and on budget!!! We consider our company lucky to have found such a great group of tradesmen in one company in Hot Springs.
We needed 4 washers changed out in 2 bathroom faucets. It was a job my husband could have done but he was unknowingly sold the wrong size washers meant for older models.They were in the house less than 30 minutes and we received a bill for $250. Parts cost was minimal.This seems very excessive and a ripoff, so beware if you have a large job.
