Perfect Look Salon

The manager, Nikita, of the Tillamook salon totally botched a highlight brown balayage hair treatment that turned out to be a blonde disaster and also gave service to a maskless Individual while other masked individuals were in the salon. The district manager was very diplomatic in working to resolve the issue and many thanks to Briana who repaired the botch job as best she could while Nikita made no acknowledgement of our presence nor an apology. Beware! Cuts, maybe, color, not so much.

The haircuts are hit and miss depending on who is cutting hair. I like Kita, she always cuts my son and husbands hair perfectly.

Nikita is always amazing and gets the job done right the first time.

went in for red highlights and she came out with white hair covered in red! They didn't bleach hair. They literally covered the roots in red. It looks disgusting. And she charged $100 for that trash!
