Donna is one of the most rudest ladies i have ever met in Hot Springs. I brought my 75 year old mother in who is very ill. Mom just wanted a haircut since she had been laying in a hospital for the last 6 months and was just released. It took her nearly 10 min. to get out of car and into the store. We were both out of breath when we finally made it into the store.. when Donna asked me FOR THE SECOND TIME what moms name and phone number was, The other hair stylist had her blow dryer going and the music was blaring rap music....so I BARELY pulled my mask down,, thinking this would help her hear me better. Donna said I needed to wear my mask properly. I said I did and you couldn't understand me. She POINTED AT THE FRONT DOOR and said we could just leave. (hopefully all of this is on the security camera that was in the front). We will never be back as long as she is there. I wish the Manager, Ashley was here today. Donna needs to learn how to talk to customers. Maybe send her to sensitivity training!! . I get rules are rules but good grief lady....we both came in with masks on and I barely pulled my mask past my nose. My mom is on a walker barely standing....nVeronica did a fantastic job on moms hair however and was super sweet!

Ashley did absolutely amazing on my hair! Better than I could have imagined for myself. All the staff were very friendly and I felt welcome. :)
