Came to Hot Springs for an anniversary weekend getaway, and needed a trim after the COVID quarantine had me cutting my own hair for months. Called the salon first thing on a Saturday morning and they fit me in. Marco gave me the BEST haircut and style ever, giving special attention to the details and making sure my ends were perfect! Thank you to Curl up and Dye for a great experience! When my family and I are back in Hot Springs we will be back to see Marco!

Was my 1st visit here to see Jacquee. Had color,highlights,cut & style. I highly recommend.. I am a hairstylist and it's hard to please me. I've been a miling all night. Also my granddaughter saw Erin. Was very happy with both. Will be going back next time I need something done. Great atmosphere too.

Does anyone there specialize in cutting natural curly hair? As you know cutting natural curly hair isn't like cutting normal hair. I'm having a hard time finding anyone in this area!

They do not like to keep their appointments,nI made an appointment for the weekend because my fiancé works weekdays and can only help with the kids on the weekends. So we show up on time and we wait. No one is there no one answered the phone so we had to message them on face book. I assume we spoke to the owner, she said that she was out of town and that since today was a holiday they weren’t open. Which I could understand, but they told me it was this weekend. She told me I was scheduled for next weekend, which wasn’t true by any means. My fiancé was there when I was on the phone making the appointment, in-fact the lady I spoke with was on speaker when she gave me my scheduled appointment. I have no time to myself, and when I do get time for myself it’s once a year to get my hair done. So let’s just say that when I got home I was very upset.
