I have lived at University Park Apartments for about two and a half years, and have really enjoyed living here. The management team is excellent, as I have always found them very kind and helpful. The maintenance team is also great. The only downside I can think of is that the walls are thin, so people talking loudly outside or in an adjacent unit can sometimes be heard. The price of the units here cannot be beat, especially for how great of an experience that I have had living so close to the UCA campus. Other perks are a small field and walking trail that are connected to the back of the complex that is great for running, walking dogs, etc.

Lived here 4+ years and never a complaint. Management is great. Maintenance great. Great deal for your money. Plus you get a walking trail in your back yard.

Management is very nice and fixes any issues I have on the same day I report them. Inside the apartment is very nice, appliances all work. Our neighbors do like having loud sex but so do we so it's not a problem there ud83dude02. Great price and and my neighbors that I've met are all very friendly. I feel very safe here even if I have to park a little farther away at night.

Management is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! I lived in their apartments for a year they were always very responsive (day of) to maintenance request. I’ll be moving in their townhomes soon and excited about it!
