Had a problem with my order. The store manager went above and beyond fixing it. I really appreciate that. Really nice store and helpful staff.

Paid for two drive way culverts asked for them to be delivered next day around noon because I I work late night. The delivery showed up at 8 am. The guys left them in ditch next to the road. I asked them to get them in the yard since they weren't going to be installed til the weekend was over. They said they put them where they are going to be installed. I moved the 20 foot culverts on my own.

The service and appearance were great. The selection is pretty good. The prices are a little high, but not terrible.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Thanks to Calvin for helping me get the Sthil trimmer I wanted.
