All utilities paid for only $700 a month. Kid n per friendly. Everyone helps n watches everyone. It’s a sort of small community. I love it!

I have lived here over a year and haven’t had any problems that weren’t fixed upon request. Management had done a tremendous job rebuilding the entire place. They do lots of things with the kids. They are affordable and pet friendly. I would recommend queens manor to anyone all utilities are included in rent even cable. And they are twenty min from two major cities. Perfect for small families.

Had bug's when I moved in and after 3 months bug's are few and far between. Management is great. .personal and very helpful.I live in E2

I was in a building when it burnt .. management stepped up . Bought us food and dogfood , furniture ,clothes they got us on our feet .. even before the incident they helped us .. my kids like it they love it in the summer time . As far as the apartments they are older and still in good shape if u have issues management jumps on it anyway they can . This place is great for getting back on ur feet .

Extremely dirty parking lot, animal feces in and around flower beds and parking lot, dumpster area trash everywhere and blocks falling, unfriendly staff, request multiple times for maintenance, laundry area dirty and continuely out of service, not helpful when machine take and keep your money, children running and screaming outside until late hours at night. Has potential to be a nice apartment complex needs MAJOR clean up including staff
