Subway

This is the best subway I’ve ever been to! The ingredients are fresh every time I come through and they always make sure they get my sandwich the way I like it. The way the cheese melts in their toaster and crisps the bread ever so slightly makes my day. Also Ion is good subway man

Was asked if i had a mask. So i put my mask on and the other employee was taking bread out of the breadbox and had no mask on. So i asked where is her mask shouldnt she have one. Dont try and inforce a thing if your employees are not going to follow as well. They cant make a good sandwich. To skimpy on everything

If an item is no longer offered, the sign/sticker should be removed. New employees should observe and practice until they know the proper procedures and portions. The wrap I got today wasn't closed at either end, and had way to much salt. The poor trainee didn't even know how to use the salt and pepper mills yet. I didn't say anything in store because I didn't want to make the trainee feel like it was their fault. The owners/management are responsible for ensuring that employees are properly trained.
