The experience of moving alone can be stressful so I was looking for a positive experience with professionalism. The Massey Apartments has exceeded my expectations. Working with Tiffani to find the right apartment that fits all my needs was met and I appreciated the time she took to handle all my concerns. The maintenance men were on top of everything to get the apartment ready since I had to be out of my previous rental in such a short notice. I met my neighbors and they are nice and I love how it is close to everything. I highly recommend this property and the staff if anyone is looking to rent.

We have lived here for over a year, and we love it so far. The rent price is very fair for the quality of the duplex. The location is perfect as both my roommate and I attend UCA. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Massey properties worked with us when we moved from our old apartment to make sure we weren't spending extra money we didn't need to. They tend to the yard and make sure it is kept clean and tidy. Very grateful for our home here!

I called about one property in Conway,AR. I turned in my application which was still available and when I called back to see the status of it, Tiffany mentioned someone has already put a deposit down. My question was why tell me to turn in an application if someone was already in the process of getting it and if I could get my money order back. She said I couldn’t because she has already ran my application with 7 other peoples for the SAME property. Why run our applications if you’ve already selected someone to rent it to? Seems money hungry to me!
