Karen was amazing from start to finish. She helped with the loan process by working out the kinks in getting the approval for the home our family wanted. She was available when needed to house hunt, and never negative, always had a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She was there for the closing, looking as excited and happy as I was, and provided the support I needed all the way to signing on the last dotted line. I felt cared for, supported, and always sure when Karen was with me. She is an amazing realtor, and what most would call, a friend.

Karen was amazing through the entire home buying process. She was always thorough and reassuring with everything. My wife and I often compared the differences between Karen and our previous realtor and I can honestly say there is absolutely no comparison. Karen even made sure we were provided with a moving truck as well. As a veteran, she also introduced us to a cash back program, which was our first time hearing about the existence of such a program. I strongly recommend Karen Ferguson.

I was referred to Karen Ferguson to be my Realtor by a good friend and past client of hers. I was convinced she was the Realtor for me when he said “Karen is the best Realtor around. She is focused on your needs and very thorough and she always answers her phone to answer all of your questions.” So, I gave her a try. She came to my house on a Sunday to fill out paperwork and put the for sale sign in my yard. The VERY next day on in LESS THAN 24 hours of my house being on the market, she had my house under contract with $5,000 over the sales price!nnI have had bad experiences with other Realtors before who don’t answer the phone or have a million excuses as to why they can’t get back to me in a timely manner. Karen has proven you can be a great Realtor, while also being a wife and mom. If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, Karen Ferguson is the go to person.

Karen is an amazing Realtor. She is very kind and responsive. She made our first home buying experience seamless! She genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to help find their home. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

This was by far the best experience with Mrs Karen... She made sure everything went accordingly.. We had some walls to climb in the beginning but she didnt leave us...
