This is the best rental company by far, hands down!! They are very professional, responsive, respectful and very attentive. I personally communicate with Nicholas Wood who is apart of the property management team. Any time something needed to be fixed or I have any concern, he is on it right away with no hesitation. They do not drag their feet. I feel very comfortable renting from this company and most of all you’re not just a tenant, they actually care. That means a lot to me and my family!!!!! I’m very grateful for them.

Pinnacle property management is a must when investing in real-estate in central arkansas. They have made my life so much easier while investing long-distance, are incredibly reliable, and have taken away every possible headache of home ownership or managing tenants. They treat my homes like their own, bring me deals along, and are super responsive and communicate quickly and fairly. This team is successful because of their hustle and genuine desire to see their customers become successful, as opposed to being focused on profit and their own goals, which is so refreshing.
