Lived here for a year for college and very wonderful apartments. Very clean and highly recommended. Nice family apartments lots of kids playing. They have a pool and the maintenance is very good! Very safe place and awesome! Thank you nickole! Will have great memories here

The staff here have all been very helpful & and very nice to work with. The apartments are kept up and everyone in the community so far has been very friendly. Very pet friendly community as well!

Honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in. Very few maintenance issues, but when something happens they are there in just a few hours. Friendly and very helpful staff. The grounds are beautiful and pet and kid friendly. You get way more than what you pay for here.

Been living here for roughly a year and a half now, and I have loved it. One of the best apartment complexes I've lived in since I was born. My only reason I can't rate 5, is the parking is horrific, while I may ride a bike, I used to have a roommate (Mister Archer) who would often work late and have to park like 2 buildings down, kinda a bummer, but other than that, Nicole is awesome, maintenance is quick and efficient, and everyone is super friendly. 4.5 Stars!

I lived at woodland oaks for about 9 months. It was a great experience. Anytime We had a problem maintenance would always be quick to fix it. I think its a great apartment choice for those first time renters and its a few minutes away from UCA and stores are right down the street. The only problem I could see was the parking situation. I worked till late and there would be days I would park two buildings away from mine. I didn't really mind, but I do think its its something that needs to be worked on.
