Mr Hudson is still the old fashion kind of man that still believes in shaking hands and seeing a person face to face before making judgment or assumptions & if you need to improve things on your credit for example he will hand you his card and offer many suggestions on how to improve it.. build it or in may case reestablish ..mines been still a while .just not active basically. .been buying used or cash. if you listen to him you'll be back to see him for a house. .. i specifically looked for a house he managed I preferred conway but he didn't have one ..so i took one else where bc he had it. He's just a genuinely good person ..he first showed to my daughter last year when she was 19 she took his advice about credit. . ;) he tries to treat everyone fairly no matter lifestyle ..color..age ... bad credit or good credit .. no credit he treats you with respect. .my youngest is looking to him in may for her first house too.. guess you could say here in the South Mr . Hudson is good people ,)
